Has my order been shipped? 

Typically an order will take 3-7 business days to package and ship. Please check your inbox for an email containing your tracking number after shipment. Once your package has left our facility contact the courier for further delivery needs. 

 

Can I submit a return and/or exchange?

To submit an exchange or return, please visit our webstore. Select the “More” tab found on the header section found on the top right. When returning your package leave a note containing your RMA# and the name used to submit the return/exchange. An item in my order arrived damaged, how do I receive a replacement?

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, can I fix this before it ships?

Yes! Please note we cannot guarantee we will be able to update the order in time. Send an email to webstore@firestonebeer.com ASAP with your order number and the item(s) you would like to swap. 

 

Can I order beer if Im out of state?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping beer within the state of CA. We are looking to add approved additional states within the near future. Sign up on our Firestone Walker Email list to stay up to date.
