The first brewer that comes to our minds when thinking about creative, daring, and avant-garde beers is Jester King Brewery out of Austin, Texas. The chance to work with their band of merrymakers presented itself in September of 2018 during California's annual ritualistic grape harvest. The man behind the brewery, Jeffrey Stuffings along with Averie Swanson, juggled the idea of getting rootsy with some native San Ynez valley grapes. And by rootsy, they meant foot stomping, spontaneous fermentation and blending grape juice with a fermenting beer!

All Things Go was created using juice from grapes grown at Curtis Vineyards and harvested in late 2018. The grapes were macerated by foot and left to ferment spontaneously for 7 days. This juice was blended with freshly brewed wort to which we added a healthy dose of Jester King’s proprietary culture of yeast and bacteria. The magic happened inside French Oak puncheon barrels and was aged for 2 years. The result is All Things Go – a spontaneously fermented, wild ale showcasing tropical aromas & the unique attitude expected in a Jester King masterpiece.
