As always, we’re very excited to announce a special collaboration beer for this year’s Invitational. No Vacancy is a West Coast IPA that fuses the old and new school. Brewed alongside our friends at Alvarado Street, this Cascade-derived beer harks back to the good old days while mixing in some Mosaic dry hops for a touch of new-age pineapple darkness.
Specs:
- Taste - Low sweetness and high, lingering bitterness
- Style – West Coast IPA
- Mouthfeel - Medium carb, light body. Resinous, slightly sticky finish.
- Glassware –Taster, Nonic
