Introducing Parabajava 2022—the fifth and latest coffee-infused twist on our iconic barrel-aged stout. Once again, we took a select batch of Parabola and infused it with  Ethiopia Kayon coffee beans from our friends and neighbors at HoneyCo Coffee Roasters. Parabola’s notoriously dark bourbon-barrel character is perfectly accentuated by the coffee’s fresh aromatic roast, complex nougat flavors and subtle fruity notes, resulting in a Parabajava for the ages. Enjoy it now, or cellar in a cool, dark place between 45˚F and 55˚F. Allow it to warm up in the glass when serving.
