Our flagship Double Barrel Ale gets its coveted doubled-up treatment thanks to the brilliant mind of our Production Manager, Ali Razi. Last seen bottled in 2016, DDBA will also see a wider release next year, as we recently brewed it for our 10,000th batch of beer in the Paso Robles Brewhouse. We then added a dash of rye to the original DBA mash bill then aged the beer in 10-year-old rye whiskey barrels. Peppery spice notes from the rye play perfectly off DBA's caramel and butterscotch character, creating an amped-up iteration of a brewery classic.
